Returns
- You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Used or damaged products cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@safsutra.com within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
